Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lips And Cheeks

I have had swollen and burning lips and swollen inside my cheeks all the soft tissue my tonge is cracked and it sometimes feels like I have had Novocain. My taste buds seem to effected this started on Feb21st I been to the ER j been to my primary and a walk in clinic where they put me on penicillin. I tried prednisone and nystantan. Do you know if you can help

The swollen lip and cheek can be because of the gum or tooth infection leading to pus formation which has spread to the soft tissues. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxycillin and metronidazole(if you are not allergic). Regarding the loss of taste and fissured tongue, this can occur secondary to nutritional deficiency. You can take nutritional supplements like vitamin B6, B12
