Two weeks after i realised i had a slight burning after urinating, some lower abdominal pain, a shooting pain that went through out my penis and testes, i also had sore throat and i realised i had some small red dots in my mouth the size of pin holes to describe them. i masturbated once after and experienced a slight pain after ejaculation. i also had dry lips and they were tingly and also burning at one spot sometimes. did i contract an std, i am worried and shock because the girl says she has had no complications or symptoms to date. please shed some light . concerned.
