my husband just got discharged from rehab Tuesday afternoon despite my pleading he is not ready. he was transferred from hospital to rehab after went to er because he was unresponsive and had aspiration. placed in icu for 2 1/2 days and discharged after regained consciousness to rehab. he is esld but not liver transplant candidate. he fell within 3-4 hrs of admission to rehab, taken to er and he'd 5 stitches above right eye. prior to taken to er he had a fall at home kitchen which resulted in 6 stitches on forehead above right eye, X-ray showed fracture around right and #9 back rib bone. he was discharged after 3days but then unresponsive the following day per above. my question is he is unconscious again yesterday, day after discharge from rehab; should i call 911 again or do i call his hepa first? I've given him 5 doses of lactulose since discharge but still no bm.
