my daughter aged 30 years was suffering from epilepsy since age of 2years.Since then she was under treatment but the epileptic attack occured on six month or one year interval . For last five and half years she was taking divalproax sodium extended release 500 mg tab twice daily during this period there was no attack. While taking this medicine she got pregnant,she gave birth to a child but could not survive due to CDH disease.Doctors told me that it was due to side effect of the medicine and advised to take Levetiracetam tablet USP 500 mg .Since last six months she is taking this medicine. Now she is having 6 weeks pregnecy. Will it be safe to give birth to the child while taking this medicine
