My MRI Cervical Spine Report Says 1. Diffuse Posterior Bulge

my MRI Cervical spine report says
1. diffuse posterior bulge of C6-7 intervertyebral disc indenting the anterior subarachnoid space.
2. posterocentral protrusion of C2-3, C3-4, C4-5 and C5-6 intervertebral discs indenting the anterior subarachnoid space.
and my MRI - Lumbar spine report shows
1. the L4-5 intervertebral disc is dessicated.
2. type II Modic end plate degenerative changes at the L4-5 articulation.
3. Minimal posterior bulge of L3-4 and L4-5 intervertebral discs indenting thecal sac.
4. a cyst measuring 10mm in the femoral neck with sclrotic margins.
what it means and what is treatment for this please help.
