I believe you have Should it read 150/90? There's no way for it to be 90/150 and you not be on medication everyday. Yes 150/90 is too high and needs medication. If not you could have a stroke or heart attack or die since high BP is known as the silent killer it could shoot up higher and you not even know it. So see your Dr if your BP readings are this high. You need medication.
