Hi doctor in the recent sperm test of mine is no dead or live sperms found is this problem curable ? Recently i had a semen analysis and the result was negative saying no sperms found is this curable

you need to see urologist who shall examine you for your testicular volume and the presence of the vas. subsequently he may subject you to hormonal assays and possibly testicular FNAC

sperm count less/nill...its completely cureable..
