No, Heart problem can never lead to low back pain. In myocardial infarction some patient's may have shooting refered pain between the two shoulder blades or shoulder preferably left.

Depends on where you are hurting. Sometimes cardiac pain is felt through the chest into the shoulder blade or the shoulder. If it persists, you need to seek medical care. There really isn't enough info in your question to know for sure.
