i have always had a fst heart rate which theysaid was PVCS and gave me atentol 25mg and i was doing just fineuntil approx, 2 weeks ago and suddenly I starte dto have low heart which has been in the low 40s and then at times would go up to 91 called my cardilogist which I had only seen one time he said wait unit Ij passed out and I said what about my blood pressure he said that dosen't matter you can tell me if you want to but why would I tell him if it does not matter now my dr told me wedneday that it sounds much worse with my heart skipping a beat every other beat and that I should go back to see my cardiologist that was wednsday and my dr called today and said that they had not returned their call I said could we try metroprol which my daughter did the same thing with atentol and they havent returned my call as of yet.I want to know could this be dangerous or could I have a heart attack. how low should I let my heart rate go and my blood pressure today was 46 on the bottom I just don't know what is going on
