i am a very fit healthy 50 year old male - I exercise regularly, am lean and eat very well. I have an office based job, that is busy but not too stressing. I am very puzzled that I have high blood pressure, averaging 140+ over 90 [ this can vary from 130+ all the way to 160 + Systolic, diastolic variances are much less ]
I feel great, but am aware high BP is a silent "killer" I am reluctant to commence BP medication - this is a very brief summary - might you have suggestions for lowering BP without medication
