i am 23 and have always had painful periods; i usually spend a day in bed and cant function. I have taken motrin and tylenol. I started taking the pill early aug. sept period is now on its 3rd week. My concern is 2 days ago in addition to period and cramps there was a rather large blob (approx 2x3 in) of fatty like tissue. There was blood on one end of it. I have never seen anything like that before. What could it POSSIBLY be? fibroid? an ovary?
