The left ovary is seen with growing follicles measuring 27mm and 16mm in diameters respectively.
No fluid in the pouch of Douglas.

Follow up scan on day 14 of the menstrual cycle showed a normal sized empty homogenous uterus.
The endometrial plate measured 8mm in thickness (trilaminar confituration)
Both ovaries are seen (average volume).
There is a 16mm collapsed follicle on the left ovary with a 16mm follicle also seen on the left ovary.
There is minimal fluid (2mm in depth) seen in the pouch of Douglas.

Follow up scan on day 17 of the menstrual cycle showed a normal sized empty homogenous uterus.
