hi docter my name is kamal from punjab i,m suffring from knee gap my left leg last on year i have minorly pain my left knee but when i take the excercise in gym of legs its difficult to parform the excercise the problem is day by day gain i am 30 years old so sir what i am doing regarding knee joint gap which suppliment ,diet ,medicine reduce the knee gap i will be tottaly healthy
