hello whenever I have a hot shower or mildly over warm after a few minutes my skin would go red. It would fade and go back to normal in a few minutes depends on how hot the water is. Also when I run around or workout my skin goes red and a little bit tingly and itchy. This occurs on my stomach, on my legs and down my arms. It has worried me for a while and I don't want to go to the doctor for nothing. I would really appreciate a response it would be of great help to get to the bottom of it, also what are the possible causes for this
