hello sir, my father age is 59 years. He is normal at rest but when he walk fast he get stomach pain and chest pain. He also have stomach problem and gas problem from long time as some time when food he eat do not digest, he get stomach pain, headache and vomiting. we went for hospital there ecg was clear, echo was also clear and final impression was dystolic dysfuncation. (observed 4.9).. we then go for ETT there after fast walk he got same pain in stomach and chest both. they give final as positive angina and ischemia. in normal dad is right and also in slow walk but in fast and more walking he get these issues. so please suggest me what is this..?
