good evening, i am paul. 4 days i have been headache with gastric .i am indian cook. so many time i eat oil,spicy,spice, food. its not too much painful but uncomfortable. digest ,toilet,urine natural.i fell tried as well as good sleep. i am feeling trust. 6 years ago i had same problem. i asked doctor, he said , this resone from emply stomach,spice ,oil food.he suggested for me gastric madicine.again same problem.
plz kindly tell me how i will get recovery.
