fastin im wondering is it safe an ok for me.Im a 15 year old women, my height is 5'2 an my weight is 152 for my height my weight supposed to be between 115-138 im way pass an i wanna know if i can fast to lose the weight without gaining weight in the end... i used to fast alot, skip meals an sometimes days, i notice im not fittin any of my cloths, at work i stand on my feet all day for 5 hrs straight walkin around, im used to it ..also i do dishes at home for bout a hr or two standin up, i also just started workin out an i walk alot, very far...but i still ion seem to lose weight..i need help
