Chest Pain With Blurred Vision. Am I Suffering From Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy ?

my partner just had a pain in his chest (middle) blurred vision , muffled hearing and he felt like he wasnt breathing. What can this be?

Hey,
It could be an abnormal heart rhythm. Kindly visit the Hospital and get an ECG done. Also get the Blood pressure checked and if recommended take a Chext X-ray as well.
