I just took my blood pressure and the reading was 146 over 86 Heart rate of 76. should I be concerned ?

your blood pressure is moderately high.
If this is for the first time before we stamped as hypertension go for measuring bp frequently for few days and remained on higher side then consult your doctor for the treatment and any necessary investigations.
