Bloated Stomach, Took Prune Juice, Watery Stools, Can't Stop Going Bathroom, Gurgling. Suggestion?
Hi, I was constipated for a week and my stomach was bloated and hurting horribly. So I drank 5, 8 oz cups of prune juice and now I can't stop going to the bathroom. I have watery stools and I have been going to the bathroom every 20 to 30 minutes since 8pm tonight and it is noe almost 4am. Im afraid to fall asleep because if I go to pass , I have to run to the bathroom because all that comes out is watery stools. My stomach is gurgling non-stop since after I finished the prune juice. PLEASE HELP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Do not take prune juice anymore. Do not worry, the diarrhea would stop once you stop drinking prune juice (up to 24 hours after taking it) on its own.
Usually I recommend my patients with acute diarrhea (as in your case) a hard boiled egg with oregano. Or, can have banana with yoghurt (Greek style).
