the pain is mainly in my lower abdomen, my pelvic area, moves to my vagina (which stays store) and moves around to my back and buttocks.

It did get better with a bad case of diarrhea (after drinking the ct csan stuff). exercise helps it. No urinary issues although there is relief with a urinating.
