as laying in bed ready to fall asleep then started to have hard time breathing so decided to lsy on my back and close my eyes next thing i know my head weirdly starts shaking making my teeth hit together and i see a lightning bolt while my eyes are closed. I sit up then after a few minutes i briefly feel like i can't breath i get a breath back my hands are shaking an my heart was racing. What just happened?
