Altered Signal Intensity With Areas Of Fat In The Left Side Of Body

my mri report is saying that there is altered signal intensity with areas of fat in the left side of body and left pedicles of d12 and l5 vertebrae -likely atypical haemangiomas and altered marrow signal intensity lesions in right illac bone with focal cortial break.and diffuse disc bulge in l5 s1 ,l4 l5 and posterior disc bulge in d12 l1 level indenting thecal sac.i just want to knnow what does that mean?
