Woke up next day with period and day after with a cold, by end of day with a cold virus, had move around exsema on elbows knees legs arms and legs. The cold has become a bad mucus cough and a mean dry cough, the rash is itchy. One anti histamine pill a night is all I am taking for four days now since I saw a dermatologist and a cortisone ointment. I am kind of a pre diabetic but don't take any medications, it seems the nights are the worst and the cough is bad in the early morning, morning, and middle of night. At night that is when I am taking the antihistamine. I never had rash and this is so weird to me, scary too, and the ignored itch is very irritable and kind of raises my stress level.
