Burning Sensation In Chest, unable To Swallow Food, frequent Vomiting.Any Treatment?

Yes maybe you can, I've been having burning in my chest for years and it makes me very sick. Sometimes I can't pass my food or drink the simplest thing like, water, milk or any juices because it makes me vomit up foam makes my mouth water and can't sleep. I don't know if it's making me also have problems with my rectum. People tells me it probably ucler or some kind of throat problem. What do you think? Do this sound serious enough where as I need to go to the hospital to be tested? Please let me know, thank you!
