Yes. Thank you. My husband is taking amphotericin b and has been for 31 days. After the first two weeks, he had a heart valve replacement and is now continuing the amph through out patient. His labs have not been good the last couple of,days and he is extremely nauseated. Today, the doctor on duty, is giving him fluids and nausea mess but no a pho. We see the infectious disease doctor tomorrow and will probably be changing to itraconazole. Will one missed dose,of the ampho be a problem?
