Yellowish Water Came Out When Pass Motion.

My baby is 8 months old & passed motion six times today & it was normal. but now 3 drops of yellowish water came out when he passed motion. Also he have 99.3 temparature.

IT looks like ur baby is suffering from enteritis mostly likely to be diarrhea.
Please take the baby to the doctor. For now u can feed the baby ORS spoon by spoon t to keep the baby hydrated.
See if he drinking eagerly, if so he is thirsty and dehydrated
