Yellow doctor , recently I was diagnosed with hypertension and dyslipedemia and given natrilix 1.5 mg and at or as 10 mg. I am 38 yes old and has family history of high bp.after one month of medication and life style changes my bp came down to 110/70 and have stopped taking medicine but having exercise and diet control. Now my bp isn115/75 and ECG show probable left ventricular hypertrophy but echo showing no rwma and normal biventricular function. What should I do?
