Wrinkles On Forehead Of Penis, Red Spots After Ejaculation, Spots Vanish Later. Treatment?

Hi doc,

Sometimes i feel wrinkles on the forehead of my penis. when i ejaculate the forehead is shinning and after ejcaulation there seems tiny red spots but after sometime these spots vanished. and in normal condition i feel wrinkles on the forehead and the skin is very soft and fluffy.
Is there any problem. Should i treat it, if yest, please advice some medicine, diet or excercise.

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. When you have exposed the glans penis to a dry environment for a long time it is not unusual to have wrinkle like appearance on the penis. The red spots after ejaculation or after sex is probably due to having vigorous sex or masturbation. I also believe that it is reason that they vanish very quickly later on. I do not think that this would require treatment. If you are not circumcised, it might be helpful to keep the glans penis covered with the prepucial skin. I hope this helps. Please consult a sexologist or an andrologist or a qualified psychiatrist if the problems persist.
