Wound On Penis That Reopens On Having Sex. Any Advice?

I have a small wound on the tip of my penis . it has been there for like 5yrs now. have been to the doctor several times, applied some antibiotic creams to the area (dercodem Tri). it got healed, but when I try to have sex, it reopens and is really inconvinient as I can t continue sex. Any great advice to help me solve this once and for all.

I would visit a surgeon who can stitch the skin edges together. Then you can have sex without it coming open.
