Hi,
You have developed a non-healing ulcer.
There are a number of risk factors which convert any ulcer into non-healing one. Some of these are - Diabetes, lack of immobilization, infection, reduced vascularity, defective venous return etc.
You should get your blood sugar investigation done. Infection can be overcome by proper antibiotic institution, as per the culture-sensitivity report. Keep your leg end elevated during sleeping. Take proper rest to immobilize the site.
Sometimes skin grafting may be needed.
First of all you should consult a dermatologist for the conservative management of your ulcer.
