Would Stopping Hormone Replacement Cause Short Term Memory, Insomnia And Irritability?

I have been on hormone replacement since my mid fifties. I was taken off of them (per doctor s suggestion) I was and am 77 years old I can t sleep with out meds, now. very forgetful, went from approx. 125 lbs. to 110 lbs. I hid my meds for sleep because I am afraid he will take the meds away from me. He would not. And, now, I need surgery in my brain, Because of an old injury that I don t remember! I get angry easy and I cry so easy...I am just not me any longer!

You can not take the hormone therapy for long time even if it is the replacing one, and what ever the symptoms that you have are not due to that but it seems to be functional disorders try to come out of the stress, be happy, stress can cause the symptoms that you have.
