Would Marrying A Cousin Cause Health Complications During Future Pregnancies?
Hi, I want to know if I could marry my second cousin?There has been a talk in my family about this and I am not sure whether to proceed with this alliance?will there be health complications in pregnancy or birth of the baby?relation goes like this...my father s first cousin s grand daughter.

Pregnancy and child birth can occur normally as that of any other girl.
But main problem in consaguinius marriage is some family related diseases can be transmitted ..like thalessemia, sickle cell etc.
So screening for such disease done prior to marriage.
