Our granddaughter was delivered by a midwife, was in fetal distress, was crowning for about 1 hr, finally when her heart rate was dropping suddenly, the midwife told me to stop taking still pics, she made 1 incision, the baby still was too big, Tammi too small, so made another incision. When she popped out, I thought I was looking at a stillborn. The cord was wrapped around her neck, she had to be bagged twice. Graci is 3 wks old now. Would this cause any damage such as cerebral palsy and if so, at what stage would this be medically noticed? Thanks, Sharon
