Would A Doctor Be Willing To Look At My Past

Would a doctor be willing to look at my past medical history and listen to me and attempt to rediagnos me. I currently have ET/polycythemia and i do not feel this is my problem. I want them to investigate my liver. I used to throw up bile for a week straight on and off for years and doctors could not find a reason. Acupuncture cured me of that after exhausting all weatern medicine avenues. Now i am suffering from extreme high blood counts. Was healthy with this for years then suddenly became weak and ill and in pain in spleen and liver area. Doctors are dismissive with only slight enlargement to spleen as condition does cause. Liver dismissed despite low counts on billirubine. I am concerned something is being missed and i dont want pain meds. Acupuncture no longer works since i take chemo orally. They are opposing forces which makes me feel worse after treatment. Something is being missed. I am considering dropping chemo and going completely with acupuncture and eastern medicine. Any thoughts on this situation? Thank you.
