Will Worms In Apricot Cause Dıarrhoea?

I have just eaten some drıed aprıcots and found some small whıte worms ın the bottom of the packet. There are also what appear to be eggs too and I thınk I have consumed of these. I have had dıarrhoea all day so am a lıttle concerned. Do you know what these are and ıf ı should see a doctor?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms of diarrhea and worm eaten by mistake are not connected neither the eating of worm could cause this so no need to worry about this but the symptoms of diarrhea could be due to infection or could be due to indigestion and hope this information helps.
