Will Walking While Operating Machines Cause Miscarriage?
I had a miscarriage at six weeks, but I have a question, as I was working not easy job and was not given easier job, had to do outer packing - boxing most of the time at the factory and also mostly on the legs, walking while operating machines. Would it cause the miscarriage?
I understand your concern and I will be glad to answer it for you.
Any heavy exercise will have the chances of miscarriage. Especially when you have a previous history of miscarriage
I suggest you take rest in between. Minimum 8 to 10 hrs of sleep at night. 2 hrs of sleep at the afternoon is mandatory. After every 1 hour of walking or operating machines, any kind of exercise, make sure yousit and lean back for 10 minutes.
Hope this helps!
Best Regards Dr Chaithanya
