Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your history, I presume that you may be having male pattern hair loss or androgenetic alopecia.
You have to understand that androgenetic alopecia is a hereditary type of hair fall. As long as you are using the lotion/ treatment, the hair roots continue to be preserved and slowly new hairs may appear. But once you stop the treatment, the body physiology takes over since it is genetically programmed that you will lose hairs. The severity of hair fall and how fast it will progress depends on person to person and cannot be predicted.
5% Tugain and follihair will definitely help you as long as you continue using them.
Hope I have cleared your doubt.
Take care.
