Hi, thanks for asking in HCM. For loose motions bifilac is adviced. Any loose stools will settle in few days. Most important is to maintain and monitor hydration. No harm if u have given an extra dose of bifilac, as it is a probiotic which helps in restoring normal flora. Also give lemonade,buttermilk,curd,rice porridge. Watch for any feature of dehydration like decreased urine output/lethargy/increased thirst. In case if symptoms persist take her to local pediatrician. I hope this helped you. Regards Dr Santosh
