In females, menopause is there. But in males, no such thing has been seen.
You have a problem of nightfall.
If you relieve your sexual stimulation by sexual intercourse or masturbation, the semen may be ejaculated at night. That is quite normal
If you want to avoid night fall, decrease the gap between your sexual activity
