Will The Excessive Arm Hair Growth Subside?

My 11 year old daughter had a cast on her arm for 6 weeks and now her arm has thick, dark hair which does not seem to be decreasing at all. It has been 4 weeks since she had the cast removed. When will it go away and what can we do to speed up the process?

Hello
It should disappear on it's own.
Wait for 6 months.
If it remains, you can use Eflora cream twice daily for two months.
