Will Taking Valium And Nitro Pills Stop Shaking Of Hands And Arms When Having Heart Issues?
Male 75 w/heart valve leakage issues, afib, diabeties started suddenly having chin, hands, arms etc. shaking. B/P is 173-99-80 & B/S 149. took 1 nitro pill shortly ago and (2) Valium pills. Should this help or what should I do? Live in a rural area of OK. Please help us.... thanking you in advance

Dear patient,
The cause of the shakes is unclear and could represent a seizure, stroke, etc, so needs to be evaluated urgently, especially with the history of Afib, age and diabetes; i would not hesitate to take him to the closest ER.
