Will Taking Pink Amoxicilian Help Cure Cough?
My two year old was recently prescribed the pink amoxicilian cause she had a lingering cough a week ago Monday. The past few days she has had waxy buildup and some yellow sticky discharge in her one year. She refuses, gags and spits out the pink medicine when given to her. The dosage is almost done should I take her into the doctor for them to look at her ear this time?

I can understand your concern.
Amoxycillin is antibiotic which can be given for respiratory tract infection(cough).
But as you said baby spits out the medicine so it may not have absorb completly, so
i will advise you to see the doctor for ear discharge and take some other brand of the medicine which is palatable.
