Will Taking Drugs Like Heroin And Temazapam Help Cure Insomnia?

Hi I have recently been suffering with a strange variety of symptoms. Mostly to do with sleeping/bed time. To start i have been feeling a tickeling sensation in my left ear. Almost like somthing crawling inside the skin. I have had this feeling on and off for a few years but it normaly lasts for a day or two on and off throughout the day and goes away. But recently it has been there nearly every time i goto sleep. I have also been for a long time a terrible insomniac (not diagnosed) Just i have terrible time getting to sleep and if i do sleep i useualy sleep for 10-20 mins before waking again for 40+ mins. Its turned into a terrible paturn of waiting to doze off with the odd few resbites of sleep through out the night. I have also been suffering with a sensation i can only describle as a false pressure that builds up inside my head then suddenly disapates. Almost with the feeling of being shocked awake just as you fall asleep. Its very uncomfortable and is making sleep almost impossible so now i just dont sleep i just sit up all night watching youtube untill i am completly knackard around 7am then i might get 2 hours constant sleep if im lucky but then by 10 am my body is wide awake again. Now I am an ex heroin addict and have been completly clean for 5 years but due to this my local GP will not prescribe me any sleeping aids and has blamed tittinus and wax build up in my ear for all my problems. I have been buying tamazepam illegaly from various sources and it seems to be the only time i have a decent nights sleep is then i take 10-15 MG of temazepam. Is there any advice you can give me? Sorry if i have explained all this in a confusing way its currently 4am and im at my wits end with it i just want to sleep like a normal person. Oh i also suffer with bad head aches and like hyper sensetive eyes to bright light. some times the light coming in from behind my curtains seems overly bright so i have black out curtains and have taped the sides so when my curtains are closed no light breaks through. Thanks for you time i really hope you can give me some real decent advice as my doctor i think just feels i am on the look out for benzo s or drugs just to get high but this really inst the case i have various sources i could reddily get anything he could prescribe me if that was my only goal.

hi
thanks for using healthcare magic

In ur case, initially few months u have to take benzodizepine because of severity of insomnia, but we can help u to decrease the tolerance. there is no need to take temazepam due to its intermediate acting nature. U can start with diazepam which is longer acting sedative. it would help u maintain the sleep. with this drug u can start with ramelteon that would act by nature circadian rhythm. it does not have any dependence pattern. take these drug and u can also consult us if require.

thanks
