Will Taking Dexolac/Cerelac Cause Hard Stools?

Dear Doctor,
my daughter is 11 months old now and feeding with Dexolac since her birth. stools is very hard and struggling while doing that. Is this because of the supplementary food like Dexolac/Cerelac or any other reason?
can you please suggest her to get her motion freely.

hi there
if theres inadequate dilution of milk,it results in constipation.make sure you prepare milk in the correct way.
use conspic(Sodium Picosulphate) 5 drops thrice daily too till stool become soft,then stop it.
