General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Abdominal pain, fatigue, drowsiness, headache can occur as side effect with Susten injection. These effects will usually reduce in the next few days. Kindly do not worry. In case of severe pain or vaginal bleeding, I would suggest you to visit your doctor for a direct examination.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
