Will Smoking Weed Affect Ligament Reconstruction Of Knee?
Hi I m about to have a anterior cruishment ligament reconstruction on my left knee . I ve been smoking weed for 4 months on a daily basis . My operation is on the 18th of February today is the 15th of February . Will weed affect me by any chance if I stop smoking for 72 hours before the surgery?

Cannabis is not likely to affect your surgery or your recovery from the surgery. But if you stop cannabis abruptly, you are likely to feel off color for the next few days due to withdrawal. This is because I expect you to have developed some dependence on cannabis after regular use for four months. You may also feel a strong craving for cannabis over the next few days.
