Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As your height suggests the height is dependent upon the genes. Means both of your parents may be of short stature. The possibilities of your growth are questionable.
Still as you are 19 years of age, you may try . I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an X ray of the ends of the long bones, if the growth points are active, you can try for increase in height.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such problem injections of anabolic steroid periodically, calcium, vitamin D, and multivitamins, and protein supplements preferably complain.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
