Will Regestrone Medicine Affect The Periods Cycle?

I had my periods due on 26- 27 ths month as we had to go sumwhere i took Regestrone 5mg 3 to 4 days before my date. Last tablet i took was on 27 morning. I dont know when i will get my periods as its been 3 days i left that medicine.Please help my age is 35 weight 57kg,i have very regular periods,will this disturb my cycle.
