Hi, welcome to HCM. Thanks for asking your query at this forum.
We understand your concern. I have read your question carefully and understood it. I will try my best to answer it.
Positive agglutination in
semen analysis indicates presence of anti-sperm
antibodies. Anti-sperm-antibodies make sperm clumped together and immobile.
This may cause
infertility as sperm can not reach the ovum.
In your case as you told your wife, report are normal. So the problem is in you. I must tell that despite presence of agglutination fertility is possible. if there are a few sperms clumped together then there is fair chances of
pregnancy, if many sperms are clumped (about 50) then fertility is difficult by normal means.
Smoking excessively and drinking habit may also add to infertility, hence I advise you to quit smoking and drinking. You should take healthy balanced diet with fresh fruits, salads, sprouts etc. You may take Folate and zinc supplements.
Even after few months if the problem persists, you may need in-vitro fertilization / sperm wash techniques at a fertility clinic for solution.
I hope it answers your query. I wish you all the best.
